Reservation & Payment Policy

 

Reservation payments must be made in full 100% upon booking. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a MyKad or national photo ID during check-in.

D'View Villa provides 4 payment options for your Villa/Guest House booking. The payment terms and conditions for peak season and off-peak season varies as stated under room type information. We will inform you personally, by email, about the payment system of the Villa/Guest House you have reserved.

The payment options for Online Bookings are:

1. ONLINE SECURE PAGE

You can pay online by credit card through PayPal.com. 

Condition for this payment option:
- Additional PayPal fee 5% per transaction.
- Calculation details is displayed upon reservation confirmation, and information on payment made will be sent by Paypal email.

2. BANK TRANSFER

You can do the payment by bank transfer to our bank account at :

For bank transfer payment, D'View Perlis will not be responsible for any transfer fees or exchange rates that might cause a difference between the amount you transfer and amount we receive.

We will inform you of our bank account details once this payment option has been confirmed.

 

The payment options for Walk-in are:

You can pay directly at D'View Perlis front desk when you arrive in Kuala Perlis.

1. CREDIT CARD

We need your credit card details as a booking guarantee for this option. Your credit card will not be debited unless you cancel your booking (based on Villa/Guest House cancellation & refund policy).

Most of the hotels in Perlis accept Master & Visa cards only. Some hotels also accept American Express, Diners Club and other major credit cards. Usually there is an additional bank charge of 3 - 3.5% on the total amount for payment.

Most of our bookings are prepaid, and you are charged immediately at the time of booking. Please make sure you have sufficient daily spending limits so your account will not be blocked. Call the bank ahead of time if you're making a large payment.

2. CASH

The most popular payments by cash in Perlis are in Malaysian Ringgit and US Dollars. If you want to change your money, we suggest you to go to trustworthy & reputable money changers.
